Dawn’s Kitchen Terms and Conditions

All participants must complete the initial enquiry form prior to attending a class. Failure to complete the form or inaccurate completion may result in your place being declined. Please note most dietary requirements can be catered for as long as prior notice is given.

Dawn’s Kitchen aims to provide an opportunity to enjoy a range of cooking lessons.  Classes are group taught to a maximum of 15 students per session. All classes consist of a variety of learning styles; including group demonstration, spot demonstrations to individuals, written and photo instruction. All groups are mixed ability and require little or no previous experience.

Dawn’s Kitchen reserves the right to ask participants who are disruptive and/or put the safety or enjoyment of others at risk to leave a class. In this event no refund will be offered.

Prompt arrival to classes is essential. Classes will commence on time and failure to arrive on time will mean you will miss instruction. Instruction will not be repeated for late comers and significant lateness may prevent participants from completing the class.

Payment

Due to the nature of Dawn’s Kitchen, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

It is your responsibility to attend your course or class. Dawn’s Kitchen will not offer a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances. No refunds will be given if the attendee does not arrive once a class has begun.

Upon booking, there is NO transfer of the payment to a different course.
