The Christmas countdown has commenced but there are worse ways to start than cake!
Day 1: Make the mini cakes (approximately 8-10) and a range of bespoke fondant decorations.
Day 2: Complete the decoration of (at least 3) cakes including, fondant, royal icing and a combination of both before applying the finishing touches of decorations, ribbons, etc
