Are you a bit 'fluffier' post Christmas or just looking to improve your diet in general, then this is the course for you.
 

Want to lose a few pounds but don’t want to compromise on flavour?
 

This course offers delicious dishes including stuffed pasta, curries and pastry all for 400-600 calories for a generous serving. You will use a combination of lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and low fat and sugar substitutions to ensure healthy choices doesn't mean compromising on flavour.
