Or is there a skill that is not currently offered as a class that you have always fancied trying or tried but been unsuccessful?

Whether your group are experienced cooks, total newcomers or a mixture of both these classes can be tailored to meet your needs. Our bespoke service starts with a consultation where we can discuss all the details necessary to ensure your class is a success. Once we have finalised the focus of your day (previous classes include bread making, breakfast pastries, macaron, cupcakes, etc.) we can then discuss those little additions that make the day extra special.

As with all Dawn's kitchen classes all ingredients and equipment will be supplied, so once the day is planned it is one less thing to worry about. On completion of your course you will take with you all the delicious nibbles you have made, plus quality instruction so you can revisit the skills you have learned on the day, again and again.   Snacks will be provided and, depending on the duration of the course selected, a light lunch can also be provided.
